Conditions

1. Term of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are Net 30 days.

2. Interests

Overdue accounts will bear interest at a rate of 18% per year (1.5% per month) calculated monthly.

3. Object

The above conditions apply to all transactions relating to the purchase of goods or services concluded between the parties for the duration of their relationships.

4. Credit agreement

The parties agree to a mutual agreement that the detention by Transport SAF (1994) Inc. of a fax, or e-mail of the contract duly completed and signed by the purchaser, is conclusive proof of commitment, just as if Transport SAF (1994) Inc. held copy of the original contract.

5. Authorization for credit information

The client hereby requests the opening of the account and allows Transport SAF (1994) Inc., its employees, to obtain information about them from their financial institution or other parties.

6. Credit approbation

This credit agreement will be effective upon its approval by the Credit Department of Transport SAF (1994) Inc..
